Identify the problem you are solving as well as the people this problem affects.  Get to know your users and their current alternative solutions to the problem. There will be a brief discussion on the topic followed by about 45 minutes of working with your group to reach the first milestone.

Understand the market you are building in:  its key statistics, trends, and competitive landscape. There will be a brief discussion on this followed by about an hour and a half of working with your group to reach the second milestone.

Take a break and grab some lunch, walk around, meditate, etc. 

Identify the all the potential features of your product and estimate what kind of resources each of those features will take. There will be a brief discussion on the topic followed by about an hour and 15 minutes of working with your group to hit the third milestone.

Take another look at the problem you're solving, your users, the competitors, and your feature specs and narrow the features down to the absolute necessary ones that are feasible. There will be a brief discussion on the topic followed by about 45 minutes of working with your group to hit the fourth milestone.

This is when your group gets to divide and conquer. Half should now focus on the design for your product whether it's just a mock up or a usable prototype. The other half should focus on the business model: what's your monetization strategy and how will you acquire your users? There will be a brief discussion on the topic followed by about three and a half hours of working with your group.

Your group has been creating a pitch deck throughout the event using our standardized MVP deck. Now you get to present it all to everyone including potential technical cofounders.
